Unlike ordinary mattresses available today, your MVMNT is engineered and created to function as a supremely tunable sleep ecosystem. Each mattress is white-glove delivered by trained professionals—who wear protective shoe covers and white gloves to protect your home. Since the innovative layers of our sleep system are designed to allow multiple firmness options, take a look at our "How To" section (www.mvmntsleep.com/assembly-instructions) to show you how to adjust your core components. We recognize that active, evolving lifestyles sometimes change your sleep requirements. As the original purchaser of record directly from MVMNT, our customer satisfaction team will gladly consult with you as often as you wish in order to fulfill our promises.
Every system we deliver has been meticulously handcrafted and inspected along its nearly 30-hour journey to completion. If we find we’ve overlooked something in any portion of the MVMNT Sleep System, we will either repair or replace the affected component at no expense with a same or newer component in the first calendar year of your original date of receipt. Any further repairs or replacements after the first year will be prorated for a period of up to ten (10) total years. Of course, MVMNT’s unique and advancing engineering gives you an opportunity to take advantage of our new designs and technology. That’s why your new MVMNT Sleep System is the last mattress you should ever have to buy.
We’ve created the highest quality, best performing mattress available directly to consumers today. We promise to explore every possible avenue to help you tune your MVMNT System to achieve your perfect comfort level. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so at any time during your 365-day trial, we guarantee to refund your purchase price, less fifteen percent (15%) for shipping and handling. What You Affirm or Promise
MVMNT Sleep Systems are the first to offer you the unique opportunity to tune your core support layers to your utmost comfort. However, even our Swiss-made foam core matrix or high-tech topper may naturally conform over time. Since every customers’ body and sleeping style are different, you understand that such conformity adjustments will vary from person-to-person, with normal conformity indentions existing up to 1 ½” inches in depth.
You may have selected a MVMNT Sleep System platform or bed frame to support your mattress. We are confident that we offer the perfect frame options for your satisfaction. However, if you choose to use another frame, we require it to be a full platform or metal frame that has at least four corner legs and one central leg for King- or Queen-sized Systems and a full slat or platform structure with no openings wider than two inches. Full or Twin-sized Systems must be supported by frames or platforms with no less than four legs and similar slat requirements. The Titan System, due to its unique dimensions and plush depth, must be supported by frames available directly from MVMNT Sleep Systems. Any other frames or support options you select may result in non-covered damages.
Some obvious actions or occurrences will void your warranty, such as abuse or misuse of your new MVMNT mattress. We are confident that MVMNT customers, who see the benefits of our highly technical and luxurious products, will be reasonable in the use and maintenance of their mattress. We promise to explore every possible avenue to ensure your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so at any time during your 365-day trial, we guarantee to refund your purchase price, less 15% that covers shipping and handling. We will arrange a pick-up by a local company. Any further refunds applied after your 365-day trial period will be 50% of the purchase price until a full ten (10) years from your original date of delivery.
